Sell from wherever you live.

Petaluma · Sonoma County · Marin

Sell from wherever you live.

Luis handles the property in person. You make the decisions from home.

A sale you can run from a distance.

Owners who have moved away, inherited a home or kept a rental often sell without returning to the North Bay. The work on the ground does not change. Who does it does.

Luis meets the contractors, inspectors and photographers at the property, sends you photographs and written updates, and arranges for documents to be signed electronically or with a notary near you.

Four steps, most of them from your side of the phone.

  1. 01

    Agree on the ground rules

Decide who holds the keys, which local contacts can help, how often you want updates and which decisions need your approval before Luis acts.

  2. 02

    Prepare with bids in hand

Luis gathers bids for repairs and cleaning and sends them to you with photographs. You approve the work before it starts.

  3. 03

    Launch and report

Showings, open houses and the response from buyers are reported to you by phone, email or text, on the schedule you choose.

  4. 04

    Sign where you are

Offers, disclosures and closing documents are signed electronically or with a notary near you. Luis coordinates the handover of keys at the end.

Client experiences

“Since I was a thousand miles from the property it was important to rely on someone who knew the territory and had the attention to detail that Luis had.”

Questions owners ask from a distance.

Do I need to come back to sell?

Usually not. Signing is electronic or with a notary near you, and Luis handles the property in person. A visit can help if there are belongings to sort or decisions you would rather make on site.

Who approves repairs and expenses?

You do. Luis sends bids and photographs, and nothing starts until you agree.

How often will I hear from Luis?

As often as you want. Agree on a schedule at the start: a weekly summary, a message after each showing, or a call when something needs a decision.

What if a tenant lives in the home?

Tell Luis early. Access, notice to the tenant and the timing of the sale all need to be planned around the lease.
