We cannot recommend Luis Nanez highly enough. As first-time homebuyers, we were initially nervous about navigating the home-buying process, but Luis made us feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

Our first contract ultimately fell through, but Luis never lost sight of our goal of finding our dream home. He went above and beyond during the initial transaction by taking the time to investigate and uncover information about the property that we felt the sellers were not fully disclosing. His attention to detail and commitment to protecting our interests gave us confidence that we had someone truly looking out for us.

After the first deal fell through, Luis immediately helped us get back on track. Remarkably, from the day we first viewed our eventual home to the day we received the keys and closing escrow, the entire process took just 24 days. His dedication, responsiveness, and ability to navigate the process efficiently were instrumental in making that happen.

Our work schedules are demanding, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, but Luis was incredibly accommodating. He worked around our availability and was willing to communicate with us after business hours when that was the time we had available. He consistently answered our questions quickly, explained things clearly, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process.

Most importantly, we always felt like Luis was on our team. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home, not simply closing a transaction. That level of personal attention made a huge difference, especially as first-time homebuyers.

We are incredibly grateful to Luis for helping us find our dream home and making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and exciting. He arranged for inspections before the house went on the market, took care of ordering the necessary documents, and handled many of the details so I didn't have to worry about them.
